365 Studies on Self-Esteem, One for Every Day of the Year

As anyone involved in self-esteem research will know, a vast amount of research has been carried out on self-esteem over the last eleven years in personality and social psychology. On at least one occasion, self-esteem has been investigated as a predictor or outcome variable, in correlational, longitudinal or experimental research, in relation to the following things:

I know this because I have been doing meta-research in this area for the last two years as part of my PhD thesis. I don't wan't to let the hours (when I say hours what I mean is months and months) I have spent on this topic go to waste. I think one way that I can make sure that this doesn't happen is by sharing the materials I have created.

So click here to download an excel sheet from my Dropbox that I have compiled that contains details of every article with self-esteem in its title published in eleven journals of personality and social psychology from 2004 to 2015. You can search through it to find authors, phrases, words, or dates of interest. Go mad!

Weirdly, there's 365 of them. So maybe you can read one every day for the next year?
